This 54-year-old patient underwent breast explant surgery with removal of 325cc silicone implants, combined with a Wise pattern (anchor) breast lift. At just 4 weeks, she is still in the very early stages of healing. Swelling will continue to improve, scars will mature, and her breasts will continue to soften and settle over the next several months.
