Awesome Dr!! Caring, knowledgeable staff. Dr Rankin is a highly sought-after surgeon who understands BII and the impact to women's health. He is skilled at breast explant and reconstruction so your breast look like you never had implants for 20+ years!! Highly recommend Dr Rankin. You get what you pay for so even though he may cost more than others, don't trust your health to anyone else. Dr. Rankin is the absolute BEST breast explant surgeon in the country! He’s very knowledgeable and a true doctor that cares about his patient’s health. From the initial consultation through post-op, Dr. Rankin and his team delivered A+++ service.

Dr Rankin truly cares about his patients. He takes his time to answer all the questions and is available anytime. He is super knowledgeable and does great work. Is not just at surgery but after. The wait to see him after a year and 1/2 was totally worth it. Even traveling in 3 hours to go see him. The staff is great too.

He is a talented and caring individual. Not every surgeon will attempt to correct another surgeon’s misfortune. I had 1/2 of my right breast left after implant replacement and lift went bad. I wish I knew about Dr. Rankin before getting the procedure done. I would have saved myself 2 years of suffering. He was honest about expectations and was careful to not over correct. He was honest about the possibility of more than one surgery. He is diligent about follow up.

I spent years doing my research and settled on Dr. Rankin after my consultation. He and his staff listened to me, they understood my concerns and were with me the entire journey from my first phone call to scheduling a consultation to now, 2 weeks post op. I was never made to feel as if my symptoms were all in my head. The kindness, compassion, and love Dr. Rankin and staff showed me was undeniable. I cannot say enough about Dr.Rankin! I researched for over a year for surgeons that specialized in explant procedures/listened to other women’s experiences and stories on BII groups/watched YouTube videos of women who have gone through this and looked at 100s of before and after pictures. This was a huge decision for me after years of unexplained symptoms that always seem to lead back to my implants. After several consultations, including one that did not believe in BII symptoms at all but was happy to do an explant :/ Then I consulted with Dr. Rankin and I knew he was the surgeon without a doubt! Not only does he fully commit his practice to explanting but he believes in BII and how it affects so many women! My experiences with Dr. Rankin and his staff have been nothing but wonderful. They are all very pleasant, attentive, knowledgeable, and caring. I appreciate having had such a good experience with my explant surgery. I feel great and I love my results. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else.
