He will use certain people as a vessel to answer our prayers. Dr. Rankin, Dee Hicks and the Aqua Plastic Team are just those vessels! Dr.Rankin is an angel sent from above! A answer to my prayer! After having my implants of 9 yrs, and having 32 Bii symptoms, I'm healed after having my those toxic chemical bags removed! When Dr.Rankin walked into the room, I cried (happy tears). I didn't even think, I would cry. But just his presence...He gets it. because he believes in Bii...and at that very moment, I knew with out a doubt, everything was going to be alright. My prayers had been answered and I knew Bii would soon be just a memory. Thank you Dr.Rankin and a BIG thank you to his wife and kids for sacrificing family time, so that he can give his time to bless so many women and give them a second chance at life.

After doing a tremendous amount of research, online reviews/photos, I reaching out to more than a dozen past explant patients, the results and recommendations for Dr. Rankin of Aqua Plastic Surgery hands down superseded any others. Dee my coordinator was amazing start to finish! The entire staff interaction was friendly, organized and so efficient. Dr. Rankin is not only a top ranked surgeon, but the kindest, humble man that truly cares for his patients. He had me feeling confident about my recovery & results throughout the entire process. Let me tell you ladies, Dr Rankin is worth the wait! My results far surpassed my very high expectations!!! I feel so much better and have beautiful results! Dr. Rankin is an incredible surgeon and an expert in breast implant removal with and without a lift. He is a caring and meticulous surgeon. Dr. Rankin always told me exactly what his plan was or would be based on what was best for me and my health as well as aesthetically. I explanted on June 14th 2021 and “I can breathe” was the first thing I said when I woke up from anesthesia. I’ve had my implants since April 2001, and in 20 years I hadn’t realized just how short of breath I actually was. Many of my BII symptoms have resolved or are starting to go away. I had my breast explant surgery on July 2nd. That evening Dr. Rankin called to check on me which was a very pleasant surprise. His entire team was amazing, I had no anxiety thanks to their approach the day of surgery and woke up perfectly fine from anesthesia. Dr. Rankin's bedside manner portrays compassion and empathy towards his patients. His ability as a surgeon is outstanding and his technique is surely the best in his field. I was never in pain after surgery and had no need for medication. I am very happy with the overall process and I feel that cosmetically he was able to achieve a beautiful result. Even though I am smaller than before I am healthier and more confident. I’m 41 years old and on June 4. 2021 Dr. Rankin removed my 550 cc mentor silicone breast implants with a lift! I knew from previous reviews and pictures that I wanted nobody else to perform this surgery and I’m so glad I chose him! I was his first patient that day so it was early and I was a bit nervous but he took his time to go over the whole process and was so kind and calm and caring!! His staff was very friendly and when I entered the operating room there was calm music playing and I was covered with a warm blanket and the anesthesiologist and nurse where the sweetest ever! The surgery went well with zero complications and When I woke up my husband was right next to me and the first thing I said was omg I can breathe so much better!! I chose the nerve block and the Meyers cocktail&banana bag and I could not believe how good I felt!!! Minimal to no pain, no nausea no bruising and I absolutely love my result but most importantly he gave me my life back!! I am 6 months out from my explant and I can not express adequately how happy I am with the decision to explant and for choosing Dr. Rankin as my surgeon. Not only am I almost completely symptom free and off all of my harsh drugs but I love how my breasts look!! Ladies finding an experienced surgeon is critical. Dr. Rankin is kind and has a heart for what he is doing. Dee Hicks his liaison was so helpful in answering all questions prior to surgery and getting me to the table feeling confident in my decision. Dr. Rankin is such a skilled surgeon! He is known as the explant expert and has helped so many women overcome BII, but he is also so talented in so many other areas! I am only 4 days post-op from a tummy tuck and lipo to my flanks. When I look in the mirror, I am amazed at how good I look! He exceeded my expectations and I am so blessed to have him as my surgeon.
