I highly recommend Dr. Rankin, I suffered with (BII) Breath Implant Illness Symptoms for many years and as I research Doctors that would perform Explant- Removal of Implants, finding Dr. Rankin was a God send and very highly-skilled, my explant surgery was on February 19th and I am very satisfied with the outcome of this surgery that Dr. Rankin performed on me. Dr. Rankin is SUPERIOR. There is a Real one on one connection he makes with patients. Not because he has to, because he wants to know you and your needs, and feel comfortable with you himself. Whether you have no questions or every question under the sun, he spends as much time as you need explaining everything, options giving his opiniy and making sure that you're comfortable. He's always there, I had his cell to make sure I could contact him at anytime....I never used it, but knowing I could was a new level of connection with your doctor. His Administrative Supervisor (his right hand girl), Beatrice, completely raises the bar, as far as how comfortable the staff can make you feel as a patient. I don't know how she juggles the millions of obligations she has, with such grace and ease. I was very nervous about the procedure, what to expect, and the do's and don'ts. She made me feel like I was the only patient. She made sure I had ALL her contact information from social media all the way down to her cell number. I have to admit; I must be up there with "patients with the most questions". Every time I asked and thought, "she's going to be annoyed this time", she proved me wrong. Even questions I'm sure she'd heard a hundred times before, she never gave me any reason to second guess myself. She was available just about any time. She always had the answer for me. With her I always made me feel like the special patient. I think every plastic surgeon who has a Beatrice is starting with a leg up and she could make all the difference in the success of their practice. The results of my surgery FAR exceeded my "fantasy" ideal result. When I had a cosmetic issue, not due to his surgery, he immediately had expert friends to refer me to. This practice is the all in one. You have an issue from surgery questions, to financial, to areas outside their area of perfection, they have the answer. If they don't, no doubt, they will know asap and complete your level of comfort.

Dr Rankin explanted my 13 year old silicone implants and basically I look like I still have implants. His Wrap-around/ J lift is pure artistry. I can not say enough wonderful things about this man, my entire experience with Aqua has been wonderful and I am so grateful.

Turkey neck was unbecoming. Doctor Rankin removed it without altering the basic contour of my face....spectacular job. Now recovering without substantial bruising tanks to his pre and post operation regimens.
