Loved Dr Rankin and team they all was fantastic I had en bloc capsulectomy and little lift I would recommend very honest and gets to the point . I’m Loving my outcome so far trusting the process I’m 4 weeks out today and feeling great .

Dr. Rankin changed my life. I’m not a breast implant patient, nor am I an explant patient. I was a young girl with melanoma on my arm. I was fortunate to find the best plastic surgeon in the world to save my arm (from a surgeon who wanted to slaughter my arm). Dr. Rankin’s second opinion not only saved my arm from an additional 12” incisions down my arm, he was the one who made me aware the importance of clear margins. He was amazing - views the reports, observes patiently, and the bedside manner and care during the process is unforgettable- it’s people like this is the world we could never give back in good measure. I’ve still followed and kept in touch during these years, as his work is not only significant to me but now specializing in explants only, sharing the same hope and health I feel in ways. One month ago I had a breast explant surgery with Dr. David Rankin and I cannot express enough how grateful I am for the exceptional care I received. I had been suffering with symptoms of breast implant illness for almost a year and cannot express how much better I am feeling since the surgery. Dr. Rankin took the time to hear my BII journey, as well as the whole nursing staff. He also fixed slight asymmetry issues I had with a lollipop breast lift. They look better now than prior to having implants! The entire process, from pre-operative discussions to post-operative care, was seamless. Dr. Rankin took the time to thoroughly explain every step of the procedure, ensuring I felt comfortable and informed. On the day of the surgery, the team was organized and reassuring, making me feel at ease. Dr. Rankin and team is amazing!

I rave about Dr. Rankin and his team to anyone who will listen. Not once in my explant process did I feel like I was just another set of boobs being explanted. Every member of the team LISTENED to my concerns and questions before snd after surgery. And everyone is so kind. Dr. Rankin is THE BEST at explanting. I did not get a lift and I could not be happier with my healing. Even with internal muscle repair I had little to no soreness. NO pain. And was moving my arms in no time. I am a big fan of the nerve blocker! I felt very educated on what the pre, during, and post op plans were! 10/10 experience.

Dr Rankin and his staff were amazing from start to finish in this process. I’m grateful that I was in the hands of someone who is an expert in his field. I had no idea that my implants were actually starting to move towards my underarms, which is partially why I was having pain. If I had been with a less experienced surgical team they may not have known how to handle this. I love the way everything looks post surgery too. Honestly, if my breast had looked like they look now in the beginning I would have new gotten implants.
