Dr. Rankin is genuinely interested in the well being & health of his patients and this is obvious before, AND after surgery. He went above and beyond helping me through the healing process with my (very many) questions and concerns. He's compassionate. His responses were always very timely and he's so knowledgeable about the entire process that he was always able to put my mind at ease. He even helped me navigate a completely separate emergency issue my son had just last month! He is such a genuine and caring doctor! I'm currently 5 months post-op and everything he told me about my healing process has happened just the way he said it would. My results are wonderful... and they'll only get better over the next 6 months! If I had to do this (explant) surgery again, I would choose Dr. Rankin every time... he's incredible on every level.
