My experience with Dr. Rankin and his staff at Aqua Plastic Surgery were phenomenal. I am four months post op from my abdominalplasty and lipo and I am in love with my results. My scar is amazing and my results are fabulous. His staff made the whole process before, during and after so pleasant. I was told that after my breast implants were taken out, all of my symptoms would disappear. Nothing changed except my breasts look deformed, burned me outside incision line, indents at the bottom of both breasts. When I asked him why he did not attempt En bloc removal he said he tried through my lift incision he created. He refused to see me ever again and when my left breast was swollen double the size of my right. A Seroma opened my incision and he refused to close it. I went to the ER twice. Playboy playmates, Facebook healings, and great stories. My beautiful breasts are now terribly scarred. I believed he was a healer, artist, the best and I learned the hard way that he is an awful human being and not even close to being a trusted surgeon.

Words can’t even describe how happy I am with my procedure! I had explant surgery with Dr. Rankin and I am extremely happy with my results! I was so worried how I would look after having implants for 16 years and he made me look amazing! From start to finish, from staff to Dr. Rankin they made me feel comfortable and always answered any questions I may of had. THANK YOU!!

Meh. Went in for Implant removal consult and I honestly don't think he was in the room with me maybe five minutes? I booked anyway, and waited a long while. His waiting time now is maybe 2 years. I would say if i was famous or an influencer I would have gotten maybe more time? Seems to be the way it goes. Those that publicize the biz get more time and attention. Prepare yourself to look like a monster for a long time. Pretty hideous. Also feel no difference from any symptoms I had thinking it was bII. On my return for check up he wasn't even in the room five minutes. His office staff were ok, although no one remembered my name. He's so busy, and seeing so many people, i felt like just a number.
